Energizing Indoor/Outdoor Morning Yoga Flow – Wesley Chapel

Start your day off right with Yoga! This class will help you breathe, stretch and flow into sequences and poses that create focus, flexibility, proper form and a strong core. Yoga Flow is an energizing practice that connects movement with breath and intention to reduce stress and relieve aches and pains.
A mix of standing and floor poses will be offered to challenge the body along with an alternating variety of Pranayama (yogic breath work), Mudra, Meditation and Asana (poses) to invigorate Prana (life force) and clear the path to experience a mind/body awareness that is so very healing.
Yoga is empowering. It rejuvenates and transforms. It is a both a work out and a work in. It seeps into your life and makes you a better person. Supercharge your day with a Morning Yoga Flow and benefit from all that yoga has to offer!
During this time of Pandemic, this class will be held outdoors on Wednesdays at 9:30am, weather permitting. Mats and props are available or bring your own.
