Slow Flow Outdoor Morning Yoga – Wesley Chapel

This Slow Flow style class is for experienced students or healthy beginners. The intention of this type of Yoga practice is to rejuvenate the body, gradually increase range of motion and strength, soothe the emotions, and bring calmness and focus to the mind.
We will move through a series of poses that integrate alignment, balance, flexibility, and awareness. Breath and movement are pathways to keep the organs healthy and the joints lubricated. A body that feels well naturally leads to a more relaxed and cheerful disposition.
This class helps release stress from the busyness of life and promotes relaxation that leads to a peaceful night’s rest. Yoga helps us to access the deeper wisdom that resides within and is an excellent tool for overall health and well-being.

During this time of Pandemic, this class will be held outdoors on Wednesdays at 9am, weather permitting or on Fridays at 9am if needed as a rain date. Please bring your own mats and props.
