Welcome!  Flowing River Qigong, Tai Chi, and Yoga was created from a love for the healing arts and a desire to help others achieve success with their own health goals.

  My name is Marie Theriault, and I joyfully teach Qigong, Tai Chi, and Yoga classes virtually and in my studio in Waxhaw, NC.  We practice outdoors, weather permitting, or indoors as needed!

Qigong class has returned to Integra Wellness Center in Indian Land, SC on Monday evenings at 6:30pm!  Registration is now open for a new Tai Chi class suitable for beginners that will be held in Waxhaw on Wednesdays at 9:00am.  All are welcome!

I am committed to offering my students unique and effective ways to exercise and manage stress so they can live healthier lives.
