Welcome!  Flowing River Qigong, Tai Chi, and Yoga was created from a love for the healing arts and a desire to help others achieve success with their own health goals.

  My name is Marie Theriault, and I joyfully teach Qigong, Tai Chi, and Yoga classes virtually and in my studio in Waxhaw, NC.  We are now practicing outdoors, weather permitting!

Qigong class has returned to Integra Wellness Center in Indian Land, SC on Monday evenings at 6:30pm!  All are welcome to join a Free Qigong Presentation on Monday, August 29th, at 6:30pm!  Please register here!
