Welcome to my website! My name is Marie Theriault, and I offer Qigong, Tai Chi, and Yoga classes in my private studio and at other locations in North and South Carolina. Various styles of Yoga are offered including Chair Yoga, Yoga Flow and Yoga for Cancer classes.
Qigong and Tai Chi classes are a nice option for those who have found Yoga uncomfortable or are looking for a different exercise experience. Qigong and Tai Chi practices bring a deep level of healing to the mind and the body through flowing, meditative movements.
